Acceptable use & what we are not

A paid SaaS tool that analyses historical draw data from public lotteries using statistical and machine-learning models. Users get dashboards, frequency analyses, expected-value calculations, backtests and AI reports. We sell software access on a monthly or yearly basis.

We are not a lottery operator. We do not sell tickets or wagers. We do not accept bets. We do not pay out prizes. We do not facilitate transactions between players and operators. We do not hold player funds. We do not run wallets, pools, or syndicates.

Stripe's restricted-business list covers lottery, sweepstakes, sports betting, casinos and wallets tied to gaming outcomes. Our service falls outside those categories: we only process subscription payments for access to analysis software. No player money flows through our Stripe account.

Lotteries are games of chance. Our statistics can help with understanding and strategy, but do not change the mathematical expected value of a draw in the player's favour. We never promise that our tools will make you win.

LotteryCortex is intended for adult users only (18 or older, or the legal gambling age in your country — whichever is higher). We do not target minors and we do not serve content or ads aimed at children.

You may not use our platform to organise wagers or sell tickets, to play on behalf of third parties, to associate our brand with illegal lotteries, or to resell our output as "guaranteed winning numbers". Accounts that do so are terminated without refund.

Payments are processed through Stripe Embedded Checkout. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe is the PCI-DSS responsible party. Bank statements show "LotteryCortex" or "LINK.COM* LotteryCortex" as descriptor. VAT, where applicable, is calculated and collected by Stripe.

If you suspect our platform is being misused or that our content violates a payment provider, ad network or regulator rule, email us via the contact page. We respond within 5 business days and act on violations immediately.
