Terms of service

LotteryCortex is a SaaS platform for statistical analysis, visualisation and backtesting of lottery data. We are explicitly not a lottery operator, not a ticket reseller, not a betting broker and not a gambling service within the meaning of national gambling legislation.

You declare that you are at least 18 years old and that playing lotteries is legal in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with local law. We refuse or terminate accounts where compliance proves impossible.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with access until the end of the current period. Yearly plans are not refundable after 14 days, per EU consumer rules for digital services where access is immediately available.

You may use the analyses for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Scraping, reselling or automated data extraction from our platform is prohibited.

Lotteries are games of chance. No analysis, AI model or statistical method can predict the outcome. LotteryCortex is not liable for gambling losses, missed winnings or decisions based on our content. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

You can delete your account at any time via /app/account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Poland, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection law.
